Marty Dunham's top strength, hands down, is facilitating change and innovation. He served as Facilities Director for Grand Traverse County, Traverse City Country Club and as Integrator for Adventure North. After caring for more than 60 facilities two observations emerged: Times are changing so we need different FM thinking. And, fix-on-failure doesn’t have to be normal.
Fractional Facilities Management is his answer.

It's common knowledge the building trades has a staff shortage from an extended emphasis on higher education. FM is the same way. More effective/less staff is the new normal. FFM spreads the institutional knowledge in a win-win way.

We Formulate a Plan
The first priority is an assessment. With that we determine the state of your Facility now. We may look at record keeping. Or current SOP’s. Is there a Capital Improvement Plan with an accepted budget and projections? Once we understand the state of the facility, staff, routines and financial conditions, we can formulate and implement a plan for incremental improvements and maintenance.
