On-going maintenance is required in new facilities.
It’s important to have a facilities management plan that addresses on-going maintenance in new facilities after the warranty period has expired. Preventative maintenance is imperative. Often times, since a very large investment has been made, what can be overlooked is that people don't expect maintenance after new work is performed. But it Is needed! A perfect example was a project where we installed a brand-new make-up air unit. It was a hospital. Within 6 months the filters were sucked into the duct work.
I would encourage building owners to hire Marty and Thirteen Clovers to manage their valuable assets.

I worked with Marty as a vendor to Grand Traverse County. PPS replaced County staff when the County Board outsourced cleaning services. We were a few months in when Marty came to the County. He created a web-based system so we were all on the same page. That relationship worked well enough he hired PPS during COVID at Traverse City County Club!
